How can I reach customer support?

How long does it take to get a response?
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their
original packaging. All return requests are subject to approval based on our return criteria.
How do I request a return?
To request a return, please email us at support@cavlo.store with your order number, the reason for
return, and photos of the item (if applicable). We’ll review your request and guide you through the
next steps.
Can I exchange the product?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order
separately and request a return for the original product (if eligible).
When will I receive my refund
Approved refunds are issued either as store credit or to your original payment method. Refunds
to the original payment method are typically processed within 14 business days after we receive
and inspect the returned item.
Can I return an item if I ordered the wrong size?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for incorrect sizing. We encourage all customers to carefully confirm their size
using our size guide before placing an order.

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select your preferred size and style, and add the item to your cart.
Before checking out, please make sure to double-check the size guide to ensure the right fit. Once
you’re ready, proceed to checkout and complete your payment securely.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Apple Pay, MasterCard, Visa, Debit Cards, and Stripe for a safe and
seamless checkout experience.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed. Please ensure all
details, especially size and address, are correct before checking out.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation — what should I do?
If you haven’t received a confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order, please
contact us at support@cavlo.store and include your full name, shipping address, email used at
checkout, and any relevant details. We’ll help you sort it out promptly.
